Lines seemed to thick to see what is happening when they are close to each other. Changed line width to 2.
Had to adjust some examples and rerun notebooks in several places to account for some code chantes that I made.
Added better explanation of P = FPF' + Q. Moved conversion of multivariate equations to univariate eqs. to the math chapter. Moved the walkthrough of KalmanFilter to an appendix.
