[Issue #336] Fixing known issues in 09_tabular notebook (#340)

* Added install commands for packages in tabular nb

* Delete .gitattributes

* updated mkdir command - included parents=True
updated command to save a Path object to pickle save/load replaced to save_pickle/load_pickle

* Updated save_pickle/load_pickle calls
